The Problem
It can be incredibly complex, time-consuming, and difficult for most businesses to implement essential security assurance and compliance work. As such, Hyperproof’s security and compliance services are much in demand. Finding itself growing too quickly to stay on top of requested feature improvements and functionality for its platform, Hyperproof realized it needed to build an additional technical team that could complement its inhouse development teams and help it achieve key software milestones and product goals.
The Solution

This team worked to plan, solution, develop, test, and deliver the target functionality following Hyperproof’s software development life cycle and using Hyperproof’s internal backlog management tools.

Poeta Digital’s technical team successfully delivered on every major milestone requested by Hyperproof over the lifetime of the engagement, bringing the product to a stage of completeness that allowed the internal development teams to retake ownership, dramatically accelerating their development effort and product roadmap.
