Poeta Digital was able to mobilize the business analyst and workflow automation engineering resources Azuqua needed for its internal sales teams to effectively and efficiently onboard clients to the company’s platform. Poeta designed and implemented efficient solutions to solve Azuqua clients’ complex workflow automation needs across a variety of SaaS and software applications.
The Problem
When Azuqua approached Poeta, their rapidly growing customer base meant they were falling behind in assisting customers step onto the Azuqua platform effectively and efficiently. Many Azuqua customers did not have the time or technological expertise to effectively build the workflow automation needed to solve their business problems using Azuqua’s tools. Azuqua needed a partner who could help customers solve their problems using Azuqua’s iPaaS solution. That partner would need to quickly learn the product, efficiently understand the clients’ business requirements, and be able to deliver effective workflow automation solutions on behalf of clients.

The Result
Poeta Digital developed workflow automation solutions on the Azuqua platform for clients such as Sony, Verizon, Emmakina, Target, and Corsair, among others. We tackled complex business processes involving multiple software services, ERPs, CRMs, and custom software applications, which included, but were not limited to, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft 365, Jira, Wrike, Smartsheet, Zendesk, and Google Workspace. Azuqua’s ability to integrate more SaaS applications and better automate costly and time-consuming manual processes allowed its clients to provide better employee and customer experiences and achieve increased productivity.
